Diaphane Software update – new features

In last few weeks we have implemented new features in our system.

This is the result of daily discussions with users and their suggestions related to functionality and usability improvements.

 

What’s new in Diaphane Software?

 

Export of questionnaire to PDF

System allows you now to export of selected questionnaire with all collected data to the PDF file. It’s available regardless of questionnaire status at every stage of the process.

Many users from time to time have a need to export selected questionnaire to the external file. To satisfy this need we have added export to PDF function. Selected questionnaire is exported to PDF file together with all data collected at this stage.

This function is available for CSR Manager and Unit Leader users only.

Acceleration of Questionnaires and My Task tabs

In case where we have lots of questionnaires in the system tabs like Questionnaires and My Tasks are displayed much faster than before.

When you have large number of organizational units the number of questionnaires can easily reach few thousands. Displaying that large number of questionnaires could take significant amount of time and user’s impression was that system didn’t work.

We have optimized the way questionnaires are displayed and now it shouldn’t take more than few seconds.

Data availability in the reports

Many users want to start their work on the reports before the whole data collection process ends.

Now number and text data are available in the report tab for all questionnaires with status „Accepted” even if not all organizational units finished their job.

Data from units which finished their questionnaires after report was created are automatically added.
